1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cge77 website, mobile platform, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cge77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the cge77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and in accordance with PAGCOR regulations, online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old. cge77 enforces this age restriction rigorously.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of cge77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the cge77 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the cge77 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. cge77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. cge77 may require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cge77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cge77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify cge77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cge77 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our KYC procedures, we may request identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cge77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). cge77 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your cge77 account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. cge77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cge77 account.

4.4 Transaction Fees

cge77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. cge77 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the cge77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). cge77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cge77 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games). These rules are available within each game or product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cge77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, cge77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• cge77 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or refuse bets at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or potential abuse.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. Live odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the decision of cge77's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 10.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cge77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. cge77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cge77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward cge77 staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cge77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the cge77 platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cge77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

cge77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cge77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cge77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11. Termination

cge77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at our sole discretion for business reasons.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to cge77.

You may close your cge77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

cge77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments
